1. Purpose of the Service
MAX Strikers League provides this website as an internal tournament-management tool for authorized organizers. It may be used to manage tournaments, stages, teams, results, approvals, archives, organizer accounts and related operational information.
2. Authorized Use
Access is limited to people authorized by the tournament administration. You agree to use your own account, keep your password confidential and use the service only for legitimate tournament-organizing activities.
- Do not share organizer credentials with unauthorized people.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the service.
- Do not intentionally enter false, misleading or harmful tournament data.
3. Account and Discord Verification
The service may use Discord OAuth to verify the identity of an organizer. A Discord account linked to the service must belong to the person using that organizer account. The tournament administration may suspend, block or remove access when necessary to protect the event or the service.
4. Tournament Data and Changes
Authorized users may enter or modify tournament information according to their permissions. Some actions may be logged, submitted for approval, locked, undone or reviewed by an OWNER or ADMIN. Organizers are responsible for checking the accuracy of the information they submit.
5. Availability and Backups
The service is provided for tournament operations and may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, network issues, hosting limits or other technical problems. Backups may be created for recovery, but uninterrupted availability or recovery of every change cannot be guaranteed.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Unauthorized access or attempts to access another organizer's account.
- Abuse of tournament, account, backup or administrative controls.
- Uploading malicious content or deliberately disrupting the service.
- Using the service in a way that violates applicable law or platform rules.
7. Suspension and Termination
The tournament administration may restrict, block, disable or remove an account when access is no longer required, when these terms are violated, or when doing so is necessary for tournament security or integrity.
8. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when the service or organizer workflow changes. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
