The service may process information necessary to operate organizer accounts and tournaments, including:
- Display name and site username.
- Password hash and authentication/session information.
- Verified Discord User ID, Discord username and Discord display name when Discord is linked.
- Organizer roles such as OWNER or ADMIN and access-control information.
- Tournament, stage, team, score, approval and result information entered through the service.
- Activity, audit, score-change and account-management records used to understand who changed important data.
- Account requests such as display-name or username change requests.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used to:
- Authenticate organizers and protect account access.
- Verify Discord identity for account linking and password recovery.
- Operate tournaments, scores, approvals, edit protection and organizer workflows.
- Investigate mistakes, unauthorized access or disputes involving tournament data.
- Maintain backups and recover the system after a technical problem.
- Apply organizer access restrictions, including Discord-based blocks when required.
3. Discord OAuth
When you choose to verify with Discord, you are redirected to Discord to authenticate. The service requests only the Discord identity information needed for verification. Your Discord password is entered on Discord and is not collected by this website.
4. Sharing of Information
This organizer service is not designed to sell personal information or provide organizer account data to advertisers. Information may be visible to authorized OWNER or ADMIN users when necessary to operate and secure the tournament system. Discord-related identity details for other organizers are restricted to OWNER access in the application.
5. Retention and Backups
Account, tournament and audit information may be retained while it is needed for tournament operations, security, historical records or system recovery. Backup copies may continue to contain previously stored information until those backups are replaced or deleted as part of normal administration.
6. Account Removal and Blocking
Authorized administrators may disable or remove organizer accounts. A Discord User ID may be retained in a block list when necessary to prevent a blocked identity from registering again. A hard-deleted site username may become available for reuse, while a security block associated with a Discord identity may remain in effect until an OWNER removes it.
7. Security
The service uses account authentication, Discord verification, roles, session controls, edit protection and server-side permission checks to reduce unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so organizers should keep their credentials private and report suspicious access.
8. Your Choices
Depending on your account permissions and the available controls, you may be able to change your password, request changes to your display name or username, link or verify Discord, and ask the tournament administration about account access or stored organizer information.
9. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the service, hosting setup or organizer workflow changes. The current version will remain available at this URL.
